Refund still not being attended to

I am sick and tired of bidvest tyre insurance. They called me on Friday for my refund. I have sent the proof of payment. Up until now they have never contacted me about my claim. Sad part is that I have been paying for insurance almost one and a half years now yet they fail to attend to my matter.

I am definately cancelling my policy with these ****mers
