Quick and Easy to deal with

I made a call to the receiption and my call was transferred to Zama Hadebe (Consulted) whom asked to call me back and within few minutes she came back to me and advised me that she has escalated my matter to the assessor for an immediate attention, and again after few minutes the assessor by the name of Remon did call me and advised me step by step what to do next. within a short period of time my claim was processed. i am still waiting for the outcome of my claim. though I am grateful for their urgent response. big up to Zama Hadebe (Consultant) and Remon( the Assessor.) the reason I have given a five star is becase I am still waiting for the outcome of the claim.
