Poor service bidvest

I have been trying to get hold of bidvest scratch and dent policies department from friday i have a scratch and dent policy with them and i want to submit a claim i dialed the number on their site and i get through to IUA business solution and the call keeps on telling me it cannot be completed, and it hangs up this is really frustrating considering bidvest being such a big company they're unable to handle calls.
