POOR SERVICE

Oh well, mine is still in process. I mean i filed for it on the 18th of February but till today, they still want additional photos and videos. Had to go get another affidavit because they needed a detailed one. It would actually help if your sales people can be transparent about such things because i feel that no information was given to me when i took this insurance. Also reading the reviews shows me that i should look elsewhere. How i wish Naked insurance had the same insurance. When i claim with them, it only takes 4 days and i don't even have to submit an affidavit or photos in a JPEG format. I'm driving around with tyres that are damaged at the moment and it rains almost everyday. The potholes are a nightmare and there's nothing i can do about them. Just last week, the stone hit my windscreen from the truck and when i claimed, it was approved in 3 days. I really do not understand what is the hold up on my claim because we submitted.
