Poor service and response

Very fast response on getting the mechanical warranties in place and very helpful. BUT the after service/response/availability/warranty claim process extremely poor, car has been at a dealer for a certain time and it will probably be longer because of the poor response still waiting for feedback on my claim to know the way forward A***7
