Poor service and false adverti*****t

I have logged a claim of two front tyres and one front right rim to be repaired due to Pothole damage last week Tuesday 13/12/2022 and the claim delayed to 21/12/2022 with an rediculous outcome was they are they paying out R1400 and I should pay R5435.30 and the quote from Tiger Wheel &Tyre R6835.30 , I was told they don’t cover the Right tyres and rim and left tyre they don’t pay full amount they measure it due to threads like the car is flying not driving on the roads and their key statement when taking insurance ( our insurance is designed to cover cost of repair and replacement tyres and their rims , that has been damaged by road hazards such at Potholes, Glass , Nails etc but that is a lye according to my experience to them
