Poor service

Unfortunately due to our bad roads i hit a pothole on the 26/04/2022, and only on the 16th of May 2022 i get a call being asked to complete claim forms and send two quotations which were sent initially. The Tyre cover policy is nothing but a pain to claim from. Had i known that trying to claim from he policy would be tedious i could have not taken the policy .

There is two emails sent on the 26th of April 2022 trying to get the claim registered. I followed up on the 3rd of May and on the 13th of May 2022 i sent another follow up and cc'd their complaints department hoping that there would be feedback and still nothing.

On the 16th of May 2022, i am still driving around with a damaged rim because the insurer was just not getting back to me.

With the price of fuel increasing so much, i am told to get two quotations but my initial emails were not responded too.
