poor Service

i took a tyre gaurd cover with Bidvest insurance. their service is very very bad . they could not assist me immediately with approval . you must wait 48 hours. you send claim forms they dont even bother to respond . it is your baby to follow up for approval dispite their automated response acknowledging receipt of claim. if your car doesnot have a spear wheel you are introuble. they dont even give feedback on time. i had to pay for my tyre submitted a claim om 21 May to date 13 June no refund or feedback . i called them several times about my refund . i taken from pillar to post.Every time i call there are empty promises and i must resubmit claims .
