Poor service

On 2020/12/20 I had a machanica failure on my vehicle so I called bidvest since a have a cover of machanica warranty as per policy number:B*** and the helped me to tow my vehicle from where I was to the dealer of my choice because they told me to take my vehicle where I want. I took my vehicle to Bloemfontein car service city so now bidvest is saying that they want the dealership to give me 12 month/ 20 000km warranty and the dealer is offering me 6 month/10 000km. Now they are giving me hard time when coming to fix my car and I have being calling them every day and they are giving me attitude when I question them about the contract we signed
