Poor service

Goodday I'm having a problem with bidvest mechanical warranty as per claim number B***. They have declined my claim and they have referred me to 7.1 and 7.2 of my contract, according to 5.18 of my contract I'm covered if my turbo cooling system and pipes and not working. Again bidvest requires a full detailed of what happened to my turbo and on the turbo report it's says"mments: This turbocharger show signs of Oil Contamination (Referring to score marks on turbine shaft journals) Possible Causes : Sludge inside engine can cause oil pressure drop, blocked/Restricted oil supply line, high concentration of carbon suspended in oil, created by extended oil & filter change intervals, blocked/Restricted oil pick up in sump, etc. Please Rectify PROBLEM BEFORE Fitting Another turbocharger to prevent Turbo Failure AGAIN"

Now bidvest is declining my claim because of 7.1 that says "anything that have to deal with iol leaking they don't fix" but on the turbo report it's says the turbo shows the sings of oil contamination not oil liking
