POOR SERVICE

I submitted a tyre claim last week Wednesday but 6 days still no response, now I can even go to the office because I can use the car and I have been calling 4 time a day and they keep on promising to call me back which they never do...... I'm not sure why did I go for Bidvest tyre insurance.... It was a bad decision.
