Poor customer service, everything is questioned even when it’s explained on the claim form, it took them 6 days to pay a claim of R800
Poor customer service, everything is questioned even when it’s explained on the claim form, it took them 6 days to pay a claim of R800. The claim experience is always unsatisfactory and customer expectation is never managed properly. TCF principles are always violated.
