POOR BIDVEST TYRE CLAIM SERVICE

Having this for more than a year and now claiming for the 1stime. It has been 3 weeks since the claim still has not been sorted out. They respond every time with a new claim no and send a message to say incomplete paperwork, but all the paperwork has been sent in 2 separate emails, which I've told them.

Still, no one gets back to you. So disappointed with Bidvest 1. They never told you when you took out your insurance that they won't pay the full amount back when you claim, now it takes forever to get the claim sorted.

I will not recommend Bidvest Tyre Insurance to anyone.
