Policy Cancellation

I had an insurance policy with Bidvest and cancelled it last year November and I received a confirmation that is been cancelled but to date, they are still deducting my money. Every month I have to go to the bank to reverse their debit order, tried several times to talk to them to no avail. I'm sick and tired of their service because whenever I go to the bank for reversal I'm being charged..please help
