Pathetic Terrible Service

Don't bother opening a policy with bidvest Tyre Angel Policy. I put in a claim for damaged Tyre lastweek Thursday, and still up to now, have had nobody from bidvest process my claim, after calling them about 9 times and been sent from pillar to post in their departments, and after 3 diff people saying yes they got my docs and they escalating it, 1 week later still they haven't honored the claim, nor called me and when i call and speak to them, they kept saying they escalating it to the tyre claims Supervisor and then u never hear back from them again uless u keep calling them back.Needless to say on every all u wait atleast 20mins to get thru to them. In my view this is all a ****, because u don't get any value for service and for ur premiums. Guys don't be fooled, don't bother taking out a bidvest Tyre Angel policy. It should be called bidLESS Tyre Angel.
