Pathetic service ever

If there was a -0, I'd give it to you. I am currently experiencing the worst service from Bidvest. I submitted my tyre claim yesterday but still no response and no one bothers to call. It was a struggle getting through the call center to request the form. There is absolutely no one wanting to assist me. I regret giving you business, you're the worst!
