Pathetic customer service
I have taken a contract with Bidvest Tyre insurance. Process was quick. I did the vehicle inspection at Glasfit on Monday.
I received the contract on email but I have contacted Bidvest and you wait a long time before the receptionist answers the phone.
I get transfered to the relevant department and after holding for a long time, the receptionist says that they are very busy and will return my call.
My first debit order has not yet been deducted and this is the service I receive already 😡
I have emailed as well and after 2 days no response!!!
What happens when I have a valid claim? Is this Bidvests version of customer service?

I received a call yesterday.
The sales consultant who sold me the tyre insurance told me I can make use of Supa Quick, Tiger Wheel and Tyre or Tyre Mart stores.
Yesterday, the lady who contacted me said I should use Tiger Wheel or Tyre Mart as Supa Quick requires to be paid immediately.
I always use Supa Quick and told the sales consultant this. Please clarify.
I received a call yesterday.
The sales consultant who sold me the tyre insurance told me I can make use of Supa Quick, Tiger Wheel and Tyre or Tyre Mart stores.
Yesterday, the lady who contacted me said I should use Tiger Wheel or Tyre Mart as Supa Quick requires to be paid immediately.

The claims process is absolutely painful to say the least.
2 weeks into the claims process and I am asked to resubmit pictures which I sent in the very first email.
I must provide proof of who removed my tyre from my vehicle!
I used Supa Quick, paid upfront for my replacement tyres and now that I must claim from Bidvest, they want another quotation from Tiger Wheel or Tyre Mart.
The claims process is absolutely painful to say the least.
