Pathetic customer service
My wife met an accident with my van which is insured by Bidvest on the 1st of September 2017. Up till now which is two months later i don't have my van yet. I have been calling numerous times and my broker has been given the run around. I expected much more from a recognised name in the industry and i will defiantly not recommend bidvest to any person wishing to take an insurance. My van is a business asset and i have suffered business loss due to their poor response and customer service.
