Once policy is sold I never hear from Bidvest again - Except when they want to sell more policies.

Last year I was contacted by Bidvest for maintenance insurance on my car. I took the policy at a cost of almost R400 a month. How ever once the policy was sold to me I never heard from anyone again. Even after contacting them twice complaining that I would not even know who to phone in an emergency and they promised to send me some sort of "starter package". Iv'e in more than a year received 0 communication from Bidvest. Nothing through the mail or electronic, accept for adds for more insurance or even the same insurance I already took. In an emergency I would not have an idea who to contact. Infact, with this terrible communication and service I can't help wondering if they would actually really cover me for anything. It feels like I could rather donate that money to a charity and atleast the money is not just wasted. I am seriously considering canceling as soon as possibe, but even for that I would not know who to contact. It seems once Bidvest have our money they turn their backs on their customers. Some would call this ****************.
