I have been having a terrible experience from Bidvest Insurance (Tyre and Rim financial product).

I unfortunately damed 4 tyres and all the rims are buckled. I reported that to the insurance beginning May 2022 now we ars at end of the month. 1. They do not honour their commitment to processing claims within 48 hours. 2. Whenever I follow up on the claim additional information will be requested by a different claims evaluators despite their confirmation of receipt of such. 3. I have to stay on hold for at least 20 minutes to get a response and at one point I suspect it was the receptionist who undertook to call me back but never happened. 4. Never call after 3pm they will immediately tell you will call you back in 5 minutes or tomorrow which never happens. 5. They always claim they called back and there was no response on your part which is not true. 6. Additionall assessment are being required which comes at a cost despite the information having been provided. Each time one makes a follow up honerous demands are made. 7. They require video damage videos yet their email inbost is constantly rejecting photos and videos. 8. The product is proving to be a **** of a financial product a d this apparent non-committal towards processing a legitimate claim proves it as such. 9. The quality of service is appalling I and lies one gets told is saddening. 10. Please respect your customers as my car is still parked for 4 weeks and not moving because of the damage sustained and the sheer arrogance of assessors is terrible.
