Not paying for mechanical warranty claim

Shameful. Not wanting to pay for a mechanical warranty claim. Trying by all means to shift the goal posts when it’s time to pay up. Mechanical failure on a vehicle is a mechanical failure. Coming up with terms to confuse the client when it’s time to pay up, it’s just not on. I don’t wake up one day and damage my pistons in order for a claim to be paid. You even sent out an “independent assessor” because you didn’t trust the failure report from Audi, but I don’t trust your “independent “ assessor.
