Not investigating a date

My VW Polo cylinder is damaged and according to Bidvest my warranty has expired in Dec 2014. According to the car dealer (McCarthy) it hasn't. McCarthy sent Ian Human the documentation and CCed me on the 21st of April. Ian Human informed me on the 22nd that he would look into it. On the 25 McCarthy sent out the documentation again as per Ian Human's request but he was not on the email list. When I noticed this yesterday (28th), I sent the document to Ian Human again.
