Not happy with service

Booked a car for the 18th of September for collection at 09:00 at Wonderboom Airport. my car was extremely late as I was told it had to come from Isando or something like that. Because of the lateness of the car, not proper administration was done like taking down the kilometer reading as well as level of fuel. Ended up being billed for fuel I never used because as much a the car was on full tank when it left Isando but when I received it, was not on full tank.<br> <br> Made enquiries with other customers and from what I gathered, this is common practice.
