Nombelo a true Tyre Angel

I had the most pleasant call centre experience With Nombelo at the Bidvest Tyre Angel Insurance today. She was well-spoken, well trained and a pleasdure to deal with as I did address changes and updates. I had to interrupt the call as an urgent call came through to me, which I first had to deal with. I asked I'd she would mind calling me back in 5min. Which she duly did and we resumed where we left off. Wish all my call centre interactions were of such high standard.
