No response from bidvest scratch and dent

I took out a scratch and dent policy . I would now like to put in a claim . This have proved not to be possible. No one answers the phone - after holding for 10 minutes phone cuts out. I have tried emailing . NO reply after a week . I have also tried emailing their complaints department again no response
