NO GO ZONE INSURANCE-BE CAREFUL

I'm here again since i can't find my last review. My claim was rejected claiming they didn't get the full information from my side. I sent several emails and till this day, no response from them. Since i couldn't give them what they want, on the last email i sent, i asked them to send their inspector to come and get the info they need. I mean we sent everything and still said i didn't submit. They want picture in a certain format, they always said their system rejected my photos. It was not my fault. They simply do not want to pay out and i had to buy new tires as i couldn't wait longer with those ones. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone since i claimed from February. I've been taken from pillar to post.One thing i know for sure is that should they not get their money when they debit, they will call me instantly. If i could, i would give them a NO STAR RATING! All i kept getting was a repeated message from as if i didn't sent anything.
