“No Calls Returned, No Service Delivered – Bidvest Insurance is a Disaster”

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the disgusting service I’ve received from Bidvest Insurance regarding my tyre claim. It’s been over two weeks since I submitted my claim, and it’s now well beyond their service-level timeframe.

Every single day, I call for updates, only to be transferred from one person to another or have agents mute the call on me. I’ve spoken to Brightness, who has been of no help and constantly makes excuses for the claim assessor, Sabelo. Sabelo, who is supposed to be in a senior role, never returns calls, is never available, and has completely ignored multiple emails I’ve sent.

To make matters worse, the team leader, Nunu, also does nothing to assist or escalate the issue. It’s a daily struggle just to get basic feedback. The level of incompetence, lack of accountability, and poor communication from this team is shocking.

I strongly advise anyone thinking of dealing with Bidvest Insurance to reconsider. Their tyre claims department is completely unprofessional, their staff have no sense of urgency or customer service, and it’s clear that customers are not a priority.
