Never again for Bidvest Insurance for me

Bidvest Insurance has let us down big time. Quick to sell a policy for mechanical repairs but when a water pipe burst it is sorry, a water pipe is not covered.

This is the report from the dealership: "Vehicle main water pipe behind water pump burst when driving the vehicle causing overheating and damage the engine causing a knocking noise in the engine, also damage the injectors that was expose to the excessive heat of the overheating."

So why take out insurance for incidents like these if they don't come to the party?
