My Warranty claim for my vehicle was approved over a week ago and I was supposed to get my vehicle back from the repairs already since it was repaired and because Bidvest has not made any payments with my repairs I cannot get my car back bidvest says they pay within 48hours which it's been over a week since I was supposed to get my car back after payment has been made but nothing has happened further more I got an email stating that my payment was made but received no communication from them as to why payment was not made I had to call them to make follow up
