MY DELAY IN CLAIM RESOLVED BY DEDICATED EMPLOYEES
My claim for a change of left and right wheel bearings was being unnecessarily delayed and I had to travel across provinces urgently. Farnaaz Langry and Micaela Naicker were extremely helpful in helping me understand that I had a claim and following up on same until approval. I was able to make my trip within time and Bidvest paid the full cost of R 7 000. 00 for the claim. Thank you guys, now I know my premiums are not going down the drain or that excuses won't be made at claim stage! I am a very happy customer!!
