My claim was approved and i received the purchase order only for me to call 7 days later having not heard anything from Mc carthy that the assessor re looked at the photos and said they cannot fix it, it’s too much damage

My claim was approved and i received the purchase order only for me to call 7 days later having not heard anything from Mc carthy that the assessor re looked at the photos and said they cannot fix it, it’s too much damage. I originally started this process around the 26 September and it’s taken so long till now. Not happy with the service.
