my claim unfaily rejected

after my accident on 2nd of August 2015, my car was written off, my car insurance paid the settlement amount to the bank. the was an outstanding amount pf R3000.00 to be be paid to settle all the outstanding. i claimed it on the short fall insurance to cover since i was paying them for the past 2 years. they rejected my claim and i am still sitting with an outstanding amount on the bank. all my premiums went to the drain. i will never advise anyone to take any cover from them. they only gave me silly excuses to avoid paying my claim.
