My car has a warranty with Bidvest but it’s a Mercedes Benz
My car has a warranty with Bidvest but it’s a Mercedes Benz. I took it for service and they discovered it has a leak in a cooling system. I still struggle to make them communicate as Mercedes Benz service consultant was reluctant to process my claim saying there’s too much paperwork. My car hasn’t been fixed yet, am so frustrated.
