My car brake down , I then called the insurance to tow the car On Saturday n didn't come I then call on Monday the 8th, I took them the whole day to pick up my car.
I had a bad experience with IUA insurance , the car is damaged but they want me to pay the cost of R7000 to repair . IUA said they can only pay R1000 . I pay monthly for two cars and now they can't assist me. Service is bad they even refuse to send me a recording that they used when I joined the policy.
