My bf has been waiting for bidvest to respond to his claim for more than 3 weeks

I have never come across such a useless insurance EVER. We have been calling Bidvest insurance for the past 3 weeks and odd days to claim for an accident, all we have been getting is that they will call us back. They promised to fetch the car, but even up to this day, it is still parking in the garage. Spoke to one of the managers to complain about the case and he said he will take over the matter and sort it out. Nothing has happened still! I would never advise anyone to take this insurance, YOU ARE EVEN BETTER OFF WITHOUT IT. Such a bad experience!!!!!
