Motorsure Direct is the worst insurance ever

<p>About 4 months ago I joined this insurance called motorsure direct underwritten by bidvest insurance... I found it affordable and it offered exactly what I was looking for... Car insurance and household insurance...</p> <p> </p> <p>On December my house got broken into... I submitted my claim and till today it hasn't been approved... Their service is very poor, you always have to go after them to help you with something... They would say they will come back to you but they never do... They change their stories now and then... You send emails they never respond and when you call them they say "ow yes we got your message"... I wouldn't recommend it to anyone...</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm worried that they can't even pay for my house contents which are way more less than my car... Which means if it was the car claim I would be frustrated to the core...</p>
