Most traumatic and longest claims experience.

I have gone through the most painful and traumatic claims experience. I submitted my claim on 20 May 2025, after a confusing authorization message on 22 May I called on the 28th, emailed on the 31st and of course called and emailed a few times after raising complaints that were never resolved. My rim was excluded from the claim on account that the service provider had no stock. I went to other service Providers and then explained to the insurer that none of them had stock and would need to order in advance. I sent my query on the 20th June about this, only for someone to call me and tell me I have R750 authorization. I had no problems with the process if it was ever explained to me, but this company doesn't bother explaining. No emails, no calls, no acknowledgement of emails. How is it normal to get feedback 10 days later on a claim that is already over a month old. Today I found myself crying on the phone while speaking to one of their consultants and that is when I realized the toll this claim has taken on me. Bidvest, I am in hospital for 8 days and counting now, I have no access to invoices. It's up to you how you handle this henceforth, but having dealt with you for 6 weeks, I know you will do nothing.

As usual, you have avoided to explain the reasons for the real issue which is the terrible service and ********** turn around time. Initially I was told the rim was Excluded as it was out of stock, today I'm told it's because the service provider I used was not on your systems, which has taken 6 weeks to even say by the way. Keep your **** empathy and R750. 00. You operate like a ****. Very s art and unprofessional, not to mention your passive aggressive consultants
