Money sucking *****s

<p>What a pathetic company. They phone me up and ofcourse the agent will make this package sound so good that its hard not to take it. They butter you up with all the nice words....***ure you that this policy will benefit you only to be stuffed around. When they deduct money from your account on a monthly basis...they very happy but the minute you log a claim...they make the whole process a misery asking for a 100 000 things before they accept claim. They then boss the supplier around by knocking of a percentage of there qoute and then make the policy holder liable for that fee. Thanx for deducting 5 months of subscriptions for no service at all. </p>
