Misleading policy wording
Dissatisfied with the policy in place – it appears to be crafted in a way that may mislead individuals into believing they are enrolling in comprehensive coverage, only to discover that certain crucial aspects are cleverly excluded. For instance, I enrolled in a car warranty plan with the expectation that my brakes would be covered, only to find out that brake pads are excluded. Surprisingly, it's the brake bands that are covered, which seems rather unreasonable. Additionally, the policy doesn't cover something as essential as an oil leak, leaving me questioning the overall adequacy of the coverage.
