Mediocre service

I contacted Bidvest Insurance 3 weeks ago regarding a tyres claim, on their form they say you will get a response within 48 hours. And I have been waiting. I tried to call but you wait forever before someone can assist you and on the voice recording they say you can send a follow-up e-mail which no one has responded to. Even when you go to tyre sales, you will not get a positive response regarding putting a claim with Bidvest insurance. I also took their scratches and dents cover which when I wanted to claim I was sent to the most expensive panel beaters by them and they could not even match the quotation given by the panel beaters they claim to work with. You will just keep on paying them and not get a service at all. Especially if you took the insurance when you bought a car. As you can't even cancel it.
