Mechanical and Electrical warranty declined

Disputes over Mechanical and Electrical warranty I've made a claim of the above- mentioned cover on the 21st of Mar 2024 which was declined.They,ve indicated that the parts broken is not covered, however on the policy documents is covered. I really feel unfairly treated or ****med, though I've been paying for more than 24 months.Ive requested them to at least refund me the premiums already made. I hope you can intervene in this regards. .
