Lies about policy... Misled by sales advicer
<p>When I was taking my extended warranty plan my sales person told me that everything will be covered from engine to suspension and now I am claiming they say they don't cover the engine. I am busy requesting for the voice recording from last week Wednesday I am asking for it up until today they have never gave me the recording. Comes to show that they know what they promised me with the policy. These people have not gave me piece of mind. Now that I am claiming and they just decline the claim and they don't want to help out. </p>
