LEFT WITHOUT A VEHICLE WHILE WAITING FOR AN ASSESSOR!!!!!!

I went to VW and had them submit a claim on my behalf for a change of my wheel bearings. I need this change because of wear and tear. The claim was submitted Thursday 30th of December 2021 however I was told that an assessor would be sent out to inspect the vehicle. The issue is, I must be in another province by the 3rd of January 2022 which is tomorrow. At this juncture, I have not been told when the assessor will be comming in. This is pathetic to be honest. I pay my insurance/warranty every month without fail. I am not fighting the fact that they need to send their assessor, but they should do so expeditiously so as to not leave paying customers without a drivable vehicle for a number of days!!!! I have to drive to another province tomorrow and they are silent!!!!!! BIDVEST PLEASE SEND AN ASSESSOR FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND MAINTAIN ABSOLUTE PROFFESSIONALSM!!!!!!!!!!
