Kudos to you Joy Ketlhoilwe for an impeccable customer services.
Yesterday I was very angry at Bidvest Insurance's legal department and subsequently sent a complaint. Honestly had it not been for Joy Ketlhoilwe who attended to my complain I would have cancelled my membership with them.
Not only did Joy went out of her way to assist me but also did a follow up call. It was for this reason that I am retaining my membership with Bidvest Legal Insurance.
Pity I am not so confident to the advisor that was assigned to my case, but I remain confident that should I feel dissatisfied I will raise a complain and the likes on Joy will gladly help me.
