Just like receiving Payments

When I purchased my vehicle the dealer instisted I take out Tyre insurance and I heavy disagreed. I then opted for it and now when am in crisis then write below for claims. Is it because am a black man that I have to go through such and now because I oppose this they cancel my insurance:

We will require videos on all for rims showing that they are bent with a report from rim repairers confirming that all the rims are bent. We will also require and affidavit confirming that you hit a pot hole and bent all the rims which must include the date, time and exact location and weather condition of where the incident occurred as you had called in on the 23rd October at 08:46 advising that you are unsure of when the damage occurred and you were notified by the ford dealership that the rims are bent when you took the vehicle in for checking the brakes. We would also need the job card and invoice from that Ford dealer.

Please note that after we receive all the information we will escalate to the Insurers for and investigation as this is an insurance product.
