IUA tyre claim complaint

I have been trying to claim two tyres from this called Bidvest Tyre Insurance..... Damn useless to the core. 1. They advised me to go to any Tyremart around Joburg 2. When l got there, the tyre fitment help me to process only to discover that was going to be a nightmare. 3. I called Bidvest after a day to find out about my claim only to be told they have not received the email. 4. I sent them three quotes and pics of the damaged tyres and the tyres must be on the rims failure to that they don't accept the claim. 5. I have called them several times only to find that everytime l call there are missing documents and pics that l have to send. 6. It's now running to two weeks.....l have been sent from one pillar to post. 7. Tiger Wheels warned me about have difficult they encounter when it comes to this useless tyre insurance. 8. Today l sent them missing documents.....still they have not updated me on what's going on.
