Insurance ****

<p>I took what was supposed to be an extended motor warranty when may manufacturer warranty expired . Over a year later when I lodged claim Bivest told me that my claim can only be paid if the repairs are done by the car manufacturer. Like an idiot I bought onother policy whom they said I could take my car to any approved mechanic. Now that I need to claim, they have lots of reasons why they cant pay.. They claim no part is broken so they wont pay. My car is not running but they claim it is not broken? They further say that they will not pay for wear & tear. Why do they claim to cover cars that are out of manufacturer's warranty. shouldnt they cover new cars only???</p> <p>This product is *****. They do not intend to pay out anyone. If only they could pay me my money back!</p>
