Insurance Rip-off

<p>We took out dent cover insurance with bidvest insurance when we bought our car last year 2016. We have logged a claim with the forementioned insurer, and we where instructed to take the car into an AA approved service provider to get two (2) quotations to fix the scratches and dents on the vehicle. after having done the above we where told that the claim was declined as it was above R2500.00, which is not the problem! we where told that we can not submitt other quotes or issue another claim for the scrathes and dents. this is unffair as these terms and conditionts were never communicated or else we will never have taken the insurance. we would like for the claim to be revised and new quotations to be sourced now that we know it shouldnt exceed R2500.00.</p>
