Insurance Claim
I was involved in an accident with a Bidvest client who bumped me and my car is a write-off. I have been sent from one consultant to the other and still no resolution. They first asked me to get an assessment of my car and 3 quotes which I thought it was ridiculous as my car was not moving and it has been towed away. I eventually got the assessment and emailed it to them. They are now claiming that they have to send their own assessors to get an assessment done to which I suggested that from inception. I have been in contact with Nana Mlangeni the Claims Administrator who has passed my case to Musin from African Solutions (Bidvest Third Party Claim Assessors), still, nothing has been done. I decided to call their head of Claims department and I spoke to a very rude lady named Sharon Tewitz who didnt even listen to my queiry and she was just too quick to jump the gun and told me that I am not ONE of their clients so I shouldn't expect any communications from them as they are still busy with the claim. I am frustrated and tired of being send from pillar to post just to get feedback. Bidvest Insurance is pathetic when it comes to communicating and solving problems.
