**** INSURANCE

Took an insurance for tyres and when it was time to claim, I've been sent from pillar to post. They ignore emails and claim that they are waiting for paperwork that was already sent. I claimed in February and nothing is been done from their side. Then after seeing this, they will call and pretend as if they will be assisting you not knowing you will be doing the same thing again and again. Worse part, you speak to 100 different people. Come month end, they debit but no service. It has been a nightmare having this insurance and they expect me not to drive in the meantime while i wait for them to approve the claim of which it ain't going to happen anytime soon. This insurance is a waste of money, time and energy. They do not give what they promised to their customers. I had to buy the other 2 tires with my money. They are a ****-BIDVEST TYRE AND RIM INSURANCE.
